What is P2P File Transfer?
Most file-sharing services (like Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer) require you to upload your file to their server, and then the recipient downloads it from that server. This is slow, requires massive server storage, and often imposes strict file size limits.
Our P2P File Transfer tool bypasses the middleman. Using WebRTC technology, your web browser connects directly to the recipient’s web browser. When you send a file, it goes straight from your device to theirs.
Key Benefits
- Zero Upload Time: You don’t have to wait for a 2GB file to finish uploading before the other person can start downloading it.
- Total Privacy: The data is encrypted end-to-end between the browsers. We cannot see, store, or access your files.
- No Account Required: Just open the page, share the code, and start transferring.
